Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Islamabad. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from beginning to end, managing subcontractors, monitoring budgets and schedules, ensuring construction safety, and facilitating effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Project Control, and Budgeting skills
- Construction Safety and Construction knowledge
- Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), are a plus
