Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager Infrastructure located in Blue World City Chakri Road Rawalpindi.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in housing society construction (Mandatory Requirement)
- Proven experience in infrastructure development projects
- Strong construction processes, techniques, and materials knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management software, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively
