Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Manager at MS Associates & Builders. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, communicating with stakeholders, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a construction manager or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and tools
- Excellent time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
- Experience with project management software and tools
- An understanding of safety standards and regulations related to construction work
- Experience with managing budgets, including developing and tracking project budgets
- Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor construction projects effectively
- Experience with managing contracts and negotiating with vendors
