Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The Construction Manager ensures timely execution of projects while complying with time, cost, and quality. The work is executed based on drawings in a health and safety-focused environment.
Job Description:
- Deliver construction projects as per the approved schedule.
- Create action plans for contractors and monitor cost control.
- Execute work following drawings, specifications, and guidelines.
- Oversee and address any obstacles that may impede project progress.
- Facilitate contractors, clarify RFIs, ensure progress, and meeting milestones timely.
- Manage material demand, acquisition, delivery, and site operations promptly.
- Ensure work is executed with high health and safety standards.
- Maintain work quality, workmanship, manpower, and material usage within limits.
- Provide regular progress updates to management and coordinate between head office and site.
Education:
BS in Civil Engineering
Masters in Construction Management or PMP preferred
Experience:
13-14 Years
5-7 years in high-rise buildings
