Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Karachi for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating construction projects, overseeing budget and resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of construction practices, project management principles, and contract administration
- Familiarity with software such as Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and/or similar tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
