Position Title: Civil Construction Professional
Location: Cnergyico Refinery, Hub Baluchistan
Function: Projects
Education: Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 12 -15 years in civil construction, managing projects of varying size and complexity. Middle East experience, especially in UAE, preferred.

Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and personnel to ensure project objectives are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including safety hazards and budgetary constraints.
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
- Resolve construction-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
