Job Description
Company Description: Saudi Arabia based construction company is looking for a Construction Supervisor.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role in Saudi Arabia. The Construction Supervisor will oversee construction projects, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure project completion on time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Attention to detail and quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required
- Experience in managing commercial or residential projects
