Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time onsite role for a Construction/Maintenance Supervisor at Ghani Engineering located in Taxila. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Construction Supervisor will also collaborate with the project manager to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/DAE Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in construction supervision or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
