Job Description
The CTA is responsible for defining the prevention and control strategy for managing construction risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and local legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Lead construction of a new multi-million pharmaceutical project
- Act as key project interface, meeting project objectives within time, cost, and quality standards
- Work closely with client teams and subcontractors
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in a construction-related subject
- Chartered with APM, CIOB, etc.
- Experience in pharmaceutical construction over $50m
- Experience in GMP environments and Integrated Project Delivery
