The Contact Center Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the contact center and ensuring efficient and effective customer service. This position involves managing a team of contact center representatives, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
The main responsibilities of the Contact Center Operations Manager include:
- Supervising and guiding a team of contact center representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
