- Summer: 5 pm to 2 am (PST)

Job Description:
We are looking for individuals to join our team for a Non-Voice Campaign as Data Verification and Sorting Associates. Your primary responsibility will be to verify the status of provided contact numbers (i.e., ringing, power-off, invalid, etc.), record information accurately within a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, corresponding to the respective contact number, and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Verification: Employ non-voice methods to validate contact numbers’ accuracy and operational status, maintaining high data quality.
- Sorting and Categorization: Organize and categorize verified data according to pre-defined criteria or data types.
- Ethical Conduct: Maintain high ethical standards throughout the verification process, respecting individual privacy rights.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on the verified and sorted data, highlighting any issues encountered during the process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data verification and sorting or call center.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and MS Excel.
- Ability to work efficiently independently and in a team-based environment.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
