Job Description

Are you an excellent communicator who enjoys providing outstanding customer service? We are currently looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers, providing them with accurate and timely information, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing customers with accurate information and resolving their issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating the customer database.
  • Identifying and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Meeting performance targets and standards for customer service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
