Job Description

Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management

Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify target audience segments, tailor content, and campaigns accordingly.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends in the financial technology sector.

Social Media Content Creation, Distribution, and Management:

  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Write copy for social media assets and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for brand alignment.

Community Engagement:

  • Manage communication and respond to audience interactions promptly.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

  • Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Event Coordination:

  • Coordinate marketing collateral and external teams for events.

B. Technical Content Writing for Marketing & Branding Collateral

  • Write content for various marketing materials and digital platforms effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong written communication skills, understanding of social media platforms, and proficiency with Canva.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
