Job Description
XAutonomous is seeking a Creative Content Writer to join our dynamic team. They should be able to produce high-quality content pieces and documentation that contribute to the overall success of our products and services. They will join a team of talented developers, quality engineers, marketers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Write easy-to-understand web content, social media content, blogs, online help documents, and developer guides.
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications and maintain the information architecture.
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
- Compose informative and engaging articles for the audience to keep them up-to-date on the latest technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
- Excellent oral/written English language skills with a deep understanding of proofreading guidelines.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Qualification: BS/MS degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree from a reputable institute.
Location: Bahria Town, Karachi (Full-time onsite)
