Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review approved Job Requisitions, bidding and order placement
- Development of procurement strategy for routine and shutdowns services
- Seamless execution of TA Contracting Scope as per Turnaround Roadmap
- Contract Agreements covering all legal requirements
- Maintain hired manpower database for routine and shutdown services
- Revision of short sanction contractor manpower wages normal & TA in accordance with GoP gazette notification.
- Understanding of labor laws and legal compliance
- Ensure compliance of PSM/EMS/IMS/IFA/ CSM and audit recommendations
- Pre-qualification of new contractors and keep an updated list of regular contractors
- Review annual Performance Evaluation of Contractors.
- Scrap Disposal through Public Notice and bidding
- Identify opportunities for improvement w.r.t. system improvement/digitization
Requirements:
Qualification: MBA/BSc Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant contracting experience.
