Job Description
Qualification Degree or diploma qualified in Business, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or Cost Engineering.
Experience
- 10+ years experiences at contract specialist/administrator Level, preferably within the mining or construction sector.
- Experience in EPC contracts, D&C contracts, BOO contracts, construction only contracts.
- Expertise in contract administration, home office & site procedures in multi-discipline construction projects.
Requirements
- Legal understanding of commercial agreements.
- Strong negotiation, conceptual, analytical, and planning skills.
- Financial skills in managing contract expenditure, variations, and progress claims.
Responsibilities
- Review scopes and contract conditions to prepare tender packages.
- Coordinate commercial and legal negotiations with contractors.
- Administer contractual aspects, manage claims, ensure compliance.
- Adhere to RDMC procedures, monitor costs, and forecasting.
