Job Description
- Communicate with corporate, retail, and F&B clients and process all contracting & Leasing services in a timely manner.
- Develop Request for Proposal and implement the tenancy mix in upcoming projects of the organization.
- Manage renewal of Leases, negotiate, and follow up on terms of Lease.
- Require 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business.
