Job Description
BD Security is seeking an Operations Controller for our security company in Lahore, located near Thokar Niaz Baig in Shabir Town. As an Operations Controller, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Checking calls
- Preparing weekly, daily, and monthly rosters on Microsoft Excel
- Following up with officers for their daily shifts
- Resolving officer queries over the phone
Qualifications:
- Intermediate level of education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The starting salary for this position is 40,00 with an increment after 3 months based on performance. The minimum contract duration is 1 year. We operate on a 6-day workweek.
Timings:
- Slot 1: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
- Slot 2: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Slot 3: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM
