Job Description
Summary: Independence Care is seeking a dedicated Coordination Executive to ensure seamless service delivery for patients by managing care schedules and caregiver assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate patient care schedules.
- Match caregivers with patients based on compatibility and needs.
- Coordinate caregiver communication effectively.
- Manage and track caregiver assignments.
- Address patient and caregiver concerns promptly.
- Collaborate to ensure adequate caregiver coverage.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Office Location: Sukh Chyan garden, Lahore
Timings: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am
Shift: Night
Weekends are off.
Language: English only.
Salary Range: 70k to 80k, if meets the standards.
