Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily business operations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and events.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and documentation.
  • Assist in budget planning and financial tracking.
  • Resolve administrative and operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Support management in decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
