Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Coordinator and Front Desk Officer to join our team at Noble Education Foundation (NEF) in Peshawar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and performing various administrative tasks, such as responding to phone calls, emails, and providing information to visitors, directing visitors to appropriate personnel or department, ensuring office documents are filed and records are maintained in an organized manner, and assisting in planning and organizing events. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Attending Parents and sharing all required information required for the admissions in school.
- Develop and maintain Daily Roasters, Daily Planners, Time Table, Faculty Backup Plans.
- Oversee the performance of staff and present to Board Members as per neutral and professional analysis.
- Developing reports as per requirement
- Oversee National days celebration
- Manage all requirements based on actual needs.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in customer service, front desk management, or administrative support is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
