Qualifications
- Medical Terminology and Medicine knowledge
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- 3 years of healthcare experience
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Certification in Home Health Services is a plus
