Job Description
- Maintains administrative workflow of various hospital departments, ensuring smooth operations through implementing systems, procedures, and policies.
- Conducts daily administrative rounds to understand workflow dynamics.
- Develops administrative staff through education, training, and coaching.
- Resolves administrative issues by analyzing information and proposing solutions.
- Builds relationships with customers, managers, and staff to enhance services and tackle challenges.
- Ensures work continuity by documenting actions, addressing irregularities, and identifying ongoing needs.
- Guides employees by updating administrative policies, procedures, and communicating changes.
- Achieves departmental goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
