Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business development team to understand project requirements, target audience, and key selling points.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for business proposals, presentations, and related marketing materials.
- Tailor content to match the tone, style, and branding guidelines of the company and specific client needs.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to enhance proposal content.
- Develop engaging headlines, taglines, and content hooks to capture the attention of stakeholders.
- Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and aligns with company standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to enhance proposal layouts and visual presentation.
- Revise and edit proposal drafts based on feedback from stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role, with a focus on business proposals or related marketing content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful business proposals and persuasive writing skills.
- Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Interest in copywriting books, and advertising.
- Familiarity with business terminology, marketing concepts, and proposal formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred. (but not necessary)
