Job Description
Position Overview
We’re looking for a copywriter with a focus on medium form writing to join our marketing team, a creative mind to enhance our content strategies.
This person will be responsible for promoting our Digital Marketing services and offerings and helping us inform and educate clients about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging copy and campaigns for web, socials, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to align marketing strategies.
- Proofread and spell check copy during production.
- Research and use proper logos, naming, and trademarks in ads and other collateral.
- Write compelling copy that evokes a direct response from the targeted audience.
- Implement the copywriting best practices while collaborating with designers.
- Understand and distinguish between specific target audiences.
- Must have the ability to translate technical terms into a conversational tone.
- Write content with an SEO/SEM focus in mind.
- Conduct research to obtain information from relevant resources and determine a product or solution’s key selling features.
Requirements:
- Degree in advertising, journalism, English or Relevant Department
- Knowledge and execution of the structure and content of the English language
- Medium form writing portfolio examples
- Experience writing for international & local organizations.
- 2+ years of advertising/Marketing writing experience or equivalent experience
