As a Corporate Associate, you will work directly with our leadership team, serving as the second in command to the Head of Strategy and Legal. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities that include legal drafting, business strategy, and some accounting tasks. The position requires a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the flexibility to travel and work in various locations, including remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
• Provide legal support and advice to different departments within the company.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
• Participate in business strategy meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Handle some basic accounting and financial tasks.
• Travel as required to different locations for business meetings and events.
• Maintain strict work ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• LLB degree completed or nearing completion from a reputed university.
• Some experience in the corporate legal sector.
• Strong business acumen and basic accounting knowledge.
• Exceptional legal drafting skills.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work in different environments.
