Job Purpose:
- Transmission bandwidth feasibilities working
- Pre sales tracker maintenance
- Ensure Pre sales KPI and SLA achievement
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and alert response.
- Troubleshooting and incident management.
- Performance monitoring.
- Documentation and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- Bachelors in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering is required.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a network operations role (NOC, Network Engineer) is required.
Skills – Generic:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Skills – Job Specific:
- CCNA, HCNA or HCIP (preferred) certification
- Strong understanding of Transmission networks
- Experience with network monitoring tools and network troubleshooting methodologies
