Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Corporate Executive – Business Development & Client Management role located in Karāchi. As the Corporate Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s services. Additionally, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- At least 2-4 years of Business Development and/or Client Management experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proven negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good computer literacy, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to acquire corporate orders from external sources.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, addressing their needs effectively.
Identify potential leads, initiate outreach, and engage in persuasive negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of corporate orders.
Provide regular reports, analyses, and insights on market trends and client behavior.
Requirements
Proven track record in corporate order acquisition and client management.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Existing network of corporate clients is highly advantageous.
