Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Film Director to lead our company’s Production Team. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team.
Conceptualization: Developing and conceptualizing ideas for Corporate Video, which involves creating or interpreting scripts, storyboards, or treatments.
Planning and Pre-production: Organizing the logistics for shoot, including casting, budgeting, and scheduling. This stage involves detailed planning before the actual shooting begins.
Directing: Overseeing and directing the actors, crew, and creative aspects of the Corporate video during production. This involves guiding performances, framing shots, and ensuring that the creative vision of the video is being realized.
Cinematography: Collaborating with the cinematographer to determine the visual style of the film, which includes decisions about lighting, camera angles, lenses, and other visual elements.
Editing: Director should be well aware of editing so that he can sharply decide what cuts are required in the post. This can enhance the process of production more creatively and smartly.
Post-production: Supervising the sound design, special effects, and color grading to ensure the film maintains its intended style and tone.
PR & Collaboration: Collaborating with various professionals in the field such as producers, actors, writers, influencers, and other crew members to bring the vision to life.
Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and techniques in filmmaking to enhance skills and remain competitive.
