About the role and responsibilities:
- Understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions Process
- Hands-on experience with Financial Modelling
- Advanced financial understanding
- Good knowledge about Contracts and Corporate Law
- Minimum 8+ years of experience required
- Preferably knowledge of IT Companies/Industry
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
- Degree in Accounts & Finance
