Role Description
This full-time position offers the opportunity for future leadership roles. The Corporate Lawyer will handle a range of legal matters, focusing on Public Private Partnerships, M&A, Projects, and Corporate/Commercial issues. A minimum of 3 years’ experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong background in corporate and commercial law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Bachelor of Laws/JD from a reputable university with a minimum of 3 years of PQE
