Job Description
Job Type: Full-time, Contractual (6 months)
Company: NorthBay Solutions
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team at NorthBay Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in Law and a good understanding of Corporate Laws, preferably US or UK laws. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, are essential for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong understanding of Corporate Laws, preferably US or UK laws
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Ability to work onsite at our Johar Town office Monday to Friday (11 am to 8 pm)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (Required)
Position: Corporate Lawyer
This is a six-month contractual job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
