Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented full-time Legal Counsel specializing in drafting, legal research, and compliance to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s legal needs, ensuring that all contracts are comprehensive, enforceable, and aligned with the company’s business objectives and applicable laws.

Qualifications:
- Education: LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school; post-graduation such as Bar-at-Law and/or LL.M shall be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in relation to corporate law and contract drafting and research preferably worked with top-tier Legal500/Chambers & Partners law firms.
- Working Timings: 6 pm to 3 am (US time)
