Role Description:
MedIQ Smart Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Corporate Sales Executive – Employee Health Solutions for our Karachi location. In this on-site role, the Corporate Sales Executive – Employee Health Solutions will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase product awareness, generating leads, and establishing relationships with corporate entities for our employee health solutions. The Corporate Sales Executive – Employee Health Solutions will also play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

- Engage potential clients to showcase MedIQ’s unmatched and unparalleled Employee Health Benefits Solutions.
- Demonstrate the 360-degree coverage of our solutions, including OPD, self-managed IPD, and IPD via Insurance.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Offer tailored and customized solutions to address specific pain points and enhance overall employee health benefits.
- Drive business growth by identifying and exploring new markets and opportunities.
- Contribute to both short-term and long-term business expansion strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in corporate sales, specifically in Employee Health Benefits Solutions.
- Experience in selling to the insurance industry or health aggregators.
- A results-oriented individual with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, healthcare, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An understanding of healthcare policies and practices in Pakistan, with the ability to identify emerging trends in the market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Karachi.
