Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Developing & implementing commercial and business strategies
- Leading and scaling the Sales, Business Development & Customer Success teams
- Using different approaches to penetrate prospective accounts
- Monitoring market trends & provide competitor analysis
- Developing new business from all industries
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers
- Meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Fostering and developing relationships with customers/clients
- Understanding the needs of customers and responding effectively
Think and work strategically, draw up client contracts, ensure staff alignment, and provide training and guidance.
Discuss promotional strategies with the marketing department, attend relevant events, and stay informed.
