Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead corporate and distribution sales in the solar energy sector. Responsibilities include developing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the sales process for solar and energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on solar projects for corporate and distribution channels.
- Client Acquisition: Target corporate clients, distributors, and partners for solar energy solutions to drive business growth.
- Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships for customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Project Management: Oversee sales process for solar projects from presentation to contract negotiation.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities for identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets through corporate and distribution sales.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor sales performance and provide updates to senior management on progress and market conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operations teams for successful project implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in corporate and distribution sales, with a focus on solar energy projects.
- Understanding of solar energy solutions, distribution channels, and corporate sales dynamics.
- Ability to drive sales processes, close deals, and manage key accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with corporate clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and project challenges.
- Willingness to travel between Islamabad and Lahore for client meetings and business development activities.
