Position: Corporate Services Representative (Not Reporting Executive)
Responsibilities:
- Identify cases with reporting deficiencies in the corporate services department.
- Conduct investigations to determine root causes and take corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of non-reporting cases and actions taken.
- Implement process improvements for reporting accuracy.
- Utilize internal systems to manage non-reporting cases effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, corporate services, or regulatory sector preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
