Role Description
This full-time role involves designing training programs, conducting assessments, developing materials, and facilitating sessions for clients’ employees. Sales of training services are also part of the responsibilities. Based in Karachi with remote work options.
Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to different learning styles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Corporate training industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or related field.
