Job Description
Cost Analysis And Reporting
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and processes.
- Prepare detailed cost reports for various products.
- Analyze production costs and variances, provide recommendations for cost control.
- Present cost reports to management.
Budgeting And Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance, collaborate on cost estimates for new products.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate valuation.
- Perform reconciliations, implement standard costing practices.
Financial Analysis
- Conduct financial analysis for pricing decisions.
- Develop cost models for new products.
- Provide financial support for product development.
Compliance And Controls
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audits, implement cost control policies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of cost accounting experience.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or pesticides industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
