Qualifications
- Cost Management, Budgeting, and Cost Control skills
- Analytical Skills and Project Estimation proficiency
- Experience in construction estimation and take-offs
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Cost Professional) are a plus
