Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Country Commercial Performance Lead to define and execute commercial strategy that sustains revenue and margin growth nationwide. You will partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product to set targets, monitor KPIs, and optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
- 7+ years in commercial analytics, sales strategy, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills; strong data-analysis capability.
- Proven track record of translating insights into commercial action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
