Job Description
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in 3PL/4PL Warehousing, Transportation, and Supply Chain operations, with at least 10 years at a country management level.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; higher studies are an advantage.
Role Summary: The Country Director provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the business in Pakistan. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, overseeing market growth planning, leading strategic initiatives, and promoting a culture of accountability and staff development.
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in logistics management, governance, and P&L management.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
