Job Description

Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in 3PL/4PL Warehousing, Transportation, and Supply Chain operations, with at least 10 years at a country management level.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; higher studies are an advantage.
Role Summary:
The Country Director provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the business in Pakistan, ensuring business growth and alignment with financial targets and policies. Responsibilities include spearheading logistics solutions, driving strategic objectives, and managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with objectives.
- Oversee market growth planning, business development, and operations.
- Lead strategic initiatives and logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on business goals.
- Enforce control policies and analyze technological trends.
- Oversee fiscal activities and promote staff development.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staffing in line with organizational goals.
