Job Description
We seek a dynamic Country Head of Restaurants to lead national operations, growth, and profitability across our restaurant portfolio. You will define strategy, maintain brand standards, and build high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility
- Drive expansion planning and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships
- Implement cost controls, ensure compliance, and optimize operational efficiency
- Align marketing and operations to meet commercial targets
Qualifications: 10+ years in food & beverage leadership with proven commercial results; strong people-management, strategic planning, and communication skills; bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
