About The Role:
We are looking for a results-oriented leader to manage teams, build client relationships, and ensure business objectives are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Lead and manage sales, engineering, and support teams
- Build strong client relationships
- Oversee all business aspects in Pakistan
- Identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in IT or Telecom
- Proven track record in team leadership
- Strong understanding of Pakistani IT and Telecom market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience leading a company in Pakistan
- Experience with government agencies
