Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at MTC bpo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing information about company products and services, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints. Though the position is based in Islamabad, there is flexibility to work remotely for some days.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
- Experience with data entry and/or call center applications is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Urdu is required
- Freshers can also apply
