Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Creative to manage creative and production projects from concept creation to completion. The Associate Creative is responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring client objectives are achieved.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the Creative Manager with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
• Executing 360 Degree Campaigns.
• Building a strong storyline for TVC productions.
• Visualizing productions through Creative Storyboards.
• Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams.
• Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions.
• Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
• Pitching ideas to clients.
• Writing Scripts (English and Urdu).

ABILITIES / PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.
• TV and Digital Commercial Portfolio.
• Storyboarding / Visualizing.
• Familiarity with Video Editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere).
• Experience leading and managing creative teams.
• Strong concept and strategy development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong Creative mind.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Filmmaking, Advertising, Marketing, or a relevant field.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• 4-6 years of working experience in renowned advertising and marketing agencies.
