Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Creative Content Writer – Team Lead at Nexus Corporation located in Karachi. As the Creative Content Writer – Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of writers to develop content across multiple channels (print, digital, social media) and drive the company’s content strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business goals and translate them into engaging content, as well as mentor and guide the writing team to ensure delivery of high-quality content.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, Website Marketing Content, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience as a team lead
- Demonstrated expertise in various types of content, including web copy, blogs, articles, social media, and email campaigns
- Excellent storytelling, research, and analytical skills
- Experience in developing content aligned with SEO best practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals and deliver high-quality content
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools is a plus
