Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director in Lahore. The Creative Director will be responsible for creating and implementing creative strategies, defining brand identity, directing art and graphic design, and leading creative teams in executing campaigns across multiple channels.
Qualifications
- Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills
- Branding and Art Direction skills
- Graphic Design skills
- Experience in leading creative teams in executing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent communication skills to articulate creative concepts and ideas to clients and team members
- Ability to project manage and prioritize tasks while leading a team
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or relevant field
- Experience or familiarity with recruitment/human resources industry is a plus
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, or related fields from reputable institutions is preferred.
- More than 7 years of work experience in an advertising agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- More than 7 years of project base work experience.
- More than 5 years of experience with international clients.
- Work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
