Role Description
This full-time on-site Creative Director role will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with our vision and mission statement. The Creative Director will oversee branding, art direction, and graphic design to ensure that all of our marketing and advertising initiatives are innovative, impactful, and effective.
Qualifications
- Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills
- Expertise in Branding and Art Direction
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Video Content
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative direction and branding, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
